2.1.2. Payroll Export Data

As part of payroll export, personal working time data, personnel numbers, and wage information are processed. This data is used exclusively for creating DATEV-compliant payroll statements and is subject to strict GDPR data protection regulations. Exported data is temporarily stored on our servers (max. 5 minutes) and then automatically deleted. The retention of downloaded payroll documents is the responsibility of the respective employer and is subject to legal retention requirements.

If the feature is available for the subscribed plan, the following additional personal data is processed:

• Timestamp Recording: Working time data with clock-in and clock-out times
• Availability Data: Employee availability for automatic shift assignment

2.2. Technical Data and Usage Data

When using our Service, we also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, access times, and device information. Camera usage: The camera is used exclusively for QR code scanning for time tracking. No camera images are stored or analyzed. This data serves for technical administration, improvement of our services, and ensuring the security of our IT systems.
