How much does PlanFast cost?

PlanFast costs €79 per month as a flat rate — independent of your team size. You also get:

• 14-day free trial — full functionality, no credit card needed.
• Monthly cancellation, no minimum term.

How long does setup take?

With interactive onboarding, you typically reach your first published plan in 15–30 minutes:

• Under 2 minutes for short setup (industry, name, departments).
• Then on Home “Your first steps”: shift pattern, create plan, team, assign, publish.
• AutoPilot is optional afterwards — not part of the initial setup.

Do all employees need to install the app?

No. You can also create employees as placeholders without an account — the AutoPilot plans them like everyone else. Once they later join via access code, the placeholder is automatically merged. More: Invite Employees.

What devices does PlanFast run on?

• iOS: App Store
• Android: Google Play Store
• Web: planfast.app/app — works in any modern browser

Employees and admins can switch between devices freely — everything is in sync.

Is PlanFast GDPR-compliant?

Yes, fully. Data is encrypted and stored in the EU. PlanFast is built and operated in Germany — you have a clear point of contact and a Data Processing Agreement, should your privacy team need it.

What is AutoPilot — and what if I'd rather plan myself?

The AutoPilot is full automation: shifts get added, published and assigned without your intervention. You don't have to use it — you can do everything manually, or use the AutoPilot only for adding and assign manually. Everything is configurable.

Which industries fit PlanFast?

PlanFast suits all industries with shift work — typical use cases:

• Hospitality: Restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels
• Retail: Stores, supermarkets, gas stations
• Services: Cleaning, facility, care services, medical practices

During short setup and interactive onboarding, PlanFast suggests industry-typical departments and shift patterns — a quick start you can customize at will.

What's not in PlanFast?

• Payroll / payroll export: PlanFast doesn't run payroll and doesn't export hours to external payroll systems.
• Clock-in time tracking: No clock-in/clock-out feature. Statistics are based on planned shifts.
• POS or inventory.

PlanFast is specialized in shift planning and team coordination — without feature creep.
