What do statistics show?

Statistics show worked hours per employee — by week, month or a custom range. The basis is shifts that are assigned and not handed over.

Note

PlanFast does not run payroll and doesn't do clock-in time tracking — statistics are based on planned shifts. Payroll export is not part of the product.

Employee view

Every employee sees their own statistics in the Statistics area or their profile. You'll see:

  • Worked hours in the current and past periods.
  • Target vs. actual (when weekly hours are set).
  • Which shifts are included in the hours.

The view is limited to yourself; you can't see other employees' data.

Admin view

Admins see hours for the whole team:

  • Per employee: Who worked how much?
  • Per department: How is the load distributed?
  • Time range: Freely chosen, from one week to a year.

This lets you spot over- and under-load early and rebalance deliberately.

What counts — what doesn't?

  • See trends across weeks/months

Admins

  • Ensure fair distribution
  • Spot over/under-load
  • Estimate future staffing needs
  • Prepare for one-on-ones with employees
