Worked hours at a glance — for employees and admins.
Statistics show worked hours per employee — by week, month or a custom range. The basis is shifts that are assigned and not handed over.
PlanFast does not run payroll and doesn't do clock-in time tracking — statistics are based on planned shifts. Payroll export is not part of the product.
Every employee sees their own statistics in the Statistics area or their profile. You'll see:
The view is limited to yourself; you can't see other employees' data.
Admins see hours for the whole team:
This lets you spot over- and under-load early and rebalance deliberately.

| Shift assigned to you and you kept it | Hours count for you. |
| Shift was handed over and a colleague picked it up | Hours count for the colleague, not you. |
| Shift was swapped (Shift Swap) | Both sides: their new shift counts, the old one no longer. |
| Sick leave — shift went to a colleague | Counts for the colleague, not you. |
| Absence — shift was reassigned | Counts for whoever has the shift now. |
| Placeholder was merged with your account | Placeholder hours transfer to you — no gap in history. |
